Hi everyone!
This is really just a quick note to say that I will be leaving for Cologne this afternoon (4PM my time). So, I probably won't be reachable until sometime Sunday evening. I am super excited, but I've got a ton of stuff that I need to do to get ready. So, without further delay, off I go to pack! I love you all, and I will take lots of pictures to post when I get back!

ReplyDeleteI finally googled the Dom, and did you notice that it's the seat of the Archbishop of Cologne, whose name is Joachim Meisner? :-)
ReplyDeleteJust in case you didn't catch that, I was noticing the similarity of that last name with Nick's. Everyone else probably didn't even give it a thought.
ReplyDeleteActually, my research was not that in-depth. I most assuredly would have noticed the similarity had I stumbled across that little nugget of information. The Dom is certainly an impressive structure - and all the history that surrounds it!

ReplyDeleteI'll have you to know that when I read the name of the Archbishop of Cologne, the first thought in my mind was the similarity to Nick's last name!!!!!!!! Must be a blonde thing?!?!?!?
